Licen is designed for projects that need more flexibility than a standard catalog order.
What are you looking for?For equipment manufacturers whose electrical or mechanical requirements fall outside standard catalog configurations entirely.
For electrical brands and distributors that need compliant products under their own brand, packaging and product configuration.
For local manufacturers transitioning from finished-product imports to local assembly, with component supply and assembly support.
These are the kinds of requests where flexibility matters more than choosing the cheapest standard SKU.
Licen focuses on MCB projects where standard products are not quite enough — from special trip curves and electrical parameters to OEM configurations and flexible production requirements.
Special trip curves, rated currents, configurations or application requirements — we work from your specifications to develop a practical MCB solution.
CB, CE, RoHS and SAA documentation is available for applicable products, supported by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified manufacturing systems.
From finished MCBs and private-label products to SKD and CKD supply, production can be adapted to different markets, assembly models and project requirements.
Ideal for projects that need real customization and meaningful production volume, without the high development barriers or rigid requirements associated with large factories.

For overseas buyers, product consistency and verifiable documentation are part of the product itself. Licen works as your certified manufacturing partners and can provide applicable certification and test documentation for review before ordering.
Target-market suitability depends on the specific product and application. Confirm documentation requirements with us before production.
Keep the first conversation technical and practical. A datasheet is often enough to start.
Drawing, datasheet, sample, target parameter or application information.
Feasibility, product configuration, certification, MOQ and production route.
Sample preparation and specification confirmation before volume production.
Finished product, OEM / ODM, or SKD / CKD supply based on the project.
To be honest, it was really tough finding a Z-type circuit breaker. We looked everywhere but couldn't find the right match. Luckily, LICEN had exactly what we needed. After testing their samples, we are confident that they fully meet our project requirements. And compared to ABB, their price is simply a steal! They really saved the day for us.
Our projects need custom breakers, not standard items. The LICEN team was incredibly patient with us throughout the whole process. They made multiple samples for us to test, round after round. In the end, they also provided a detailed parameter datasheet, which gave us a very solid reference document for our internal records. The service was truly professional.

Thermal calibration is a relatively small step in circuit breaker production, but it can have a direct impact on final performance. A closer look at this process helps buyers better understand what happens behind production testing.

For MCB manufacturers and assembly teams, verifying trip curves is a practical production concern. Small differences in components or testing can affect consistency, quality, and confidence in finished breakers.

I spend most time dealing with customers — sending out samples, answering questions, and helping buyers work through problems that come up during the purchasing process. After enough years working in Yueqing's electrical component cluster, you start to notice the same handful of problems coming up again and again, no matter which factory made the…

A Chinese-made MCB can raise questions that are difficult to answer from a quotation or product photo alone. For B2B buyers, understanding those uncertainties is part of managing sourcing risk.

Not every circuit needs the same protection profile. Knowing when overload protection can be left out helps you specify more efficiently, avoid unnecessary heat in enclosures, and ask better questions when evaluating breaker options for your projects.

Finding a UL-certified supplier in Yueqing is not easy. But knowing what to look for—and what to ask—makes the search far less risky than it seems.

Starting a new project comes with a lot of questions. Here are a few we hear most often — and if yours isn't listed, just reach out. We're happy to talk.
We currently focus on miniature circuit breakers as our core product, and we’re steadily expanding our range. If you have specific needs not listed in our standard catalog, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help you find or recommend the right solution.
Yes, we support small-batch sample orders for testing. As a new brand, we keep our MOQ flexible and don’t set high barriers for new customers. Some samples may even be offered free of charge — please contact us for details. We also support mixed-item orders for one-stop sourcing.
We’re an integrated electrical components supplier — we have our own factory and a dedicated trading service team. But honestly, we don’t get too caught up in the “factory vs. trading company” label.
What really matters to us is whether we can offer our customers reliable products, fair pricing, and consistent service. Many clients choose us precisely because we communicate better than a typical factory and understand quality better than a typical trading company.
Yes, we offer standard after-sales support. If any problem arises, simply provide photos, videos, and label information, and we’ll help diagnose the issue and propose a solution as soon as possible.
We offer a 1-year warranty. During the warranty period, if the issue is confirmed to be a product defect — rather than improper installation, external damage, or operation beyond rated parameters — we’ll replace or repair it at no cost, including the shipping both ways.
Even after the warranty expires, we provide lifetime technical support. You can always reach out to us with any questions, big or small, and we’ll help analyze the cause and offer advice. We don’t want problems to happen — but if they do, we won’t run from them. Solving the issue matters more than assigning blame.
To us, a deal isn’t the end of the road — it’s where the relationship begins.
We conduct 100% full inspections on every batch before shipment. We can also provide pre-shipment photos, label details, and packaging confirmation upon request — so you see exactly what you’re getting before we ship.
It depends on our production schedule at the time — typically, lead times range from 7 to 15 working days, depending on order volume and specifications. We don’t keep large stockpiles, so we always confirm the exact delivery date with you before you place your order, based on real-time production availability.
We hold ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 for our factory management systems. For our products, we have CB, CE, RoHS, and SAA certifications. If you need specific certification documents — or have requirements for a particular target market — just let us know. We’re happy to provide what we have or evaluate new ones as needed.
Absolutely. Just send us your full model number, application scenario, and voltage/current requirements — we’ll help verify compatibility and, if needed, recommend alternative options that may better suit your needs.
For small orders, we usually ask for full payment upfront. For larger ones, it’s 30% deposit by T/T and 70% balance before shipment.
Either way, we’ll send you photos or videos of the actual products and packaging before you release the balance, so you know exactly what’s ready to go.
If T/T isn’t convenient, just tell us — we can always discuss what works.
Send us your specification. We'll review the requirement and tell you what production route may be practical.
