Two Ways to Work Together

We can supply MCBs in two ways. You can assemble from single parts, or start with semi-assembled units and finish the last steps yourself.

MCB CKD

With CKD, we send you a complete set of single parts — housing, protection parts, contact system, operating mechanism, and more.

Your team does the full assembly, including riveting, testing, and preparing the MCB for shipment. This is a good choice if you are just starting your MCB production and want to build the full process step by step.

MCB SKD

With SKD, the main parts are already assembled before shipment, so your team does much less work on the line and can start production sooner.

You only need to finish the final riveting, then test the MCB and prepare it for shipment. This is a good choice if you want to start faster, more easily, and with much less equipment and fewer trained workers.

Testing Equipment for Your MCB Production

Production Support

From routine inspection to final performance testing, we can help you source the equipment required for your MCB production line.

Tripping Performance

This test checks how your MCB reacts to overload and short circuit. It covers both thermal tripping and magnetic tripping, so you can be sure the breaker responds correctly and protects the circuit.

Temperature Rise

This test checks how much the MCB heats up under continuous current. It helps you judge the thermal behavior, the quality of the connections, and whether the breaker is safe for normal operation.

Technical Guidance for Your MCB Production

We stay with you during production, not just before it. If your team gets stuck on assembly, testing, or a production problem, we help you find the answer.

MCB Assembly Process Guidance

We show your team how to assemble each MCB model, step by step. You get practical videos, operating instructions, and technical documents you can use on the line.

Production Troubleshooting

When something goes wrong in production, we help your team find the cause and fix it. You can also check our blog or talk to us directly for technical advice.

Testing Equipment Support

We help your team set up and operate the testing equipment correctly and safely. From the first setup to daily testing, you get clear guidance you can follow on the line.

Build Quality Control Into Your MCB Production

Good quality doesn't happen by accident. We help you set up practical quality control for your MCB line — from incoming parts to finished products, and everything in between.

IQC

Incoming Quality

This step checks the parts and materials before they enter your line. You get clear inspection items, methods, sampling rules, and acceptance criteria.

IPQC

Process Quality

This step checks the assembly process while it is running. You get inspection points at key operations, so problems are found before they reach the finished product.

FQC

Final Quality

This step checks the finished MCB before it leaves your factory. It covers appearance, mechanical operation, electrical performance, and other important points.

Standards

Inspection Standards

This step puts your inspection work into clear written form. Inspection items, methods, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria become practical specs your team can follow.

Records

Quality Records

This step keeps your production consistent and traceable. You get checklists, inspection records, testing records, and other documents your team needs every day.

CORRECTIVE ACTION

Non-Conformance Control

This step handles problems when they appear. You get a clear process for recording non-conforming products, taking corrective action, and checking that the fix works.
